Meet our Team
PhD in Material Science and Engineering at the University of New South Wales with an MSc from Sharif University of Technology. As R&D Measurement Engineer at Chiral, she draws on deep expertise in nanotechnology and semiconductor processes and is responsible for conducting electrical measurements for projects and customer orders.
With a background in marketing, digital growth, and operations, Paula brings experience in positioning technology-driven companies and supporting go-to-market execution. At Chiral, she leads marketing and operations, shaping external communication, brand strategy, and internal coordination to support commercial growth and project delivery.
Jia combines technical understanding with business development experience in advanced technologies. At Chiral, he is responsible for driving business development, building relationships with customers and partners, and translating Chiral’s technical capabilities into concrete projects and market opportunities.
